Fate The Winx Saga | Season 3 Episode 4 | Mind Games (2)

Sky's Mind

Stella found herself within Sky's mind, her physical body still with Musa, Riven, and Beatrix. Sky and Stella were both unconscious, but Musa, being the anchor of the spell, could communicate with her.

"Stella, tell me, did it work? Where are you?" Musa inquired.

"Yeah, I think it worked. I'm at Alfea, and there's some sort of party going on," Stella responded. She realized she was in one of Sky's memories—a memory of their orientation day at Alfea—when she spotted a banner reading "The Alfea Orientation Party."

"Okay, remember, no one here can see you unless you touch someone in that memory. Then you become part of the memory, and people can see and talk to you. So, stay away from everyone else and just find Sky. Somehow, make him realize that he needs to remember who he is and wake up from this nightmare. Only then can he break free of the shadow's control. The shadow is stopping Sky from entering his own mind; it's stopping him from remembering who he is. Remind him of that," Musa instructed.

"Okay, I'll find him," Stella affirmed. Suddenly, a drunk girl bumped into her.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry," the girl slurred.

"Ricki," Stella exclaimed with a shocked expression.

"Oh my god, hi Stella! I've missed you. Where have you been since the last half hour? It's quite the party you pulled today," Ricki said, clearly intoxicated.

"Okay, I think you've had enough of these," Stella replied, taking away Ricki's drink.

"You're such a good friend, Stella, always looking out for me," Ricki continued. Stella knew Ricki was very drunk that day, hence her sentimental outpouring.

"Yeah, well, you deserve a good friend," Stella said.

"And I have one, you. Can't believe we've been best friends since royal prep, and we always will be," Ricki said before eventually closing her eyes, tired from all the drinking.

Stella ensured Ricki was comfortably seated and then walked away, a tear dropping from her eyes. She was heartbroken to see Ricki's face again. She hadn't faced her since the first year when she accidentally blinded her. Stella never had the courage to talk to Ricki after that. Even though this was all just a memory of Sky's mind and this wasn't the actual Ricki but this made Stella realize how much she misses her.

Back inside the Shadow's mind...

Beatrix stood at the tower's edge, gazing down at the swarm of monsters slowly climbing up the tower.

"How long have you been here?" Riven approached from behind and asked.

"Too long," Beatrix replied.

"You know, you're kind of a hero now," Riven said.

"Am I now? That's new," Beatrix remarked.

"Well, you did kind of save the whole universe from Sebastian," Riven pointed out.

"And does everyone see it that way?" Beatrix inquired. Riven paused for a moment, unsure of how to respond. People didn't view Beatrix as a hero, especially after she had led Sebastian to Alfea, even if she eventually prevented him from obtaining the dragon flame.

"It doesn't matter. If I'm a hero to all those who matter to me, then that's all that's important," Beatrix said.

Riven gave her a smile, and then they turned back to see Musa's plans progress.

"Stella, did you find him yet?" Musa asked.

"Yeah, I did," Stella replied. "He's about to meet me for the first time. We met at the orientation party."

Then Stella observed as it happened again—the first meeting of memory Sky and memory Stella. Memory Stella was preoccupied with preparations, ensuring the party went smoothly. She turned around suddenly and accidentally spilled her drink on Sky's clothes.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry," Memory Stella apologized.

"No, don't worry, it's fine. I'm fine," Memory Sky reassured her.

"No, really, please. I should have looked where I was going," Memory Stella insisted.

Sky could see how tense she was. "Well, you seem like you're working your ass off," Sky observed.

Memory Stella laughed a bit. "Yeah, I guess you could say that. I just want this party to go perfectly. This is the first party I've organized, and if this goes well, then who knows? I guess the future could have a lot of parties organized by me."

Sky then noticed the ring Stella was wearing. "Wait, are you?" he asked.

"Princess Stella of Solaria, yes," Memory Stella confirmed.

"Wow," Sky reacted.

"Why, what is it?" Memory Stella asked.

"Nothing, I just... I guess I just was expecting you to be a bit meaner, based on rumors I've heard," Sky admitted.

"Well, I guess you can't always believe in rumors. Sometimes you gotta look for the truth yourselves, don't you?" Memory Stella replied.

"Would you like a drink?" Sky offered.

"Sure," Memory Stella accepted.

While all this was happening, the Real Stella observed from afar, formulating a plan to get Sky to remember who he is.

GREENHOUSE

Professor Harvey finished making the potion to cure Flora.

Terra was with Flora, trying to calm her down, although unfortunately, it was not working.

Flora was shivering continuously; she couldn't understand any word anyone was saying, and her wound kept growing and growing. Her eyes were opening and closing. It felt like she was dying. Her facial expressions were showing how much pain she was in.

Professor Harvey asked Terra to move Flora upwards so she could drink the potion, so Terra put her hand behind Flora's back and lifted her up so she could drink the potion. Professor Harvey helped Flora drink it and asked Terra to lay her down again. After a while, nothing was happening. Flora's condition was not improving; it kept getting worse and worse.

"Dad, how long is the potion supposed to take? Why isn't she healing?" Terra asked with a worried look.

"I don't know, it should have worked by now. I fear this means it's already too late for the potion," Harvey said.

"Then what else can we do?" Terra asked. She was willing to do whatever was needed to save her cousin.

At first, Professor Harvey gave a saddened look to Terra, which in a way meant that it was too late to try anything; she's gone now. She can't be fixed. But he saw how tense Terra was, and he knew she wouldn't just sit back and let Flora turn into a scraper.

"Go to the headmaster's office, get me the Potionology book from Headmaster Avalon, maybe there's something in there which can help us," Harvey said.

Terra rushed out of the greenhouse and went to the headmaster's office to get the book. As she was making her way through the hallway, suddenly she heard a voice. It was coming from a classroom.

"Terra..." the voice was calling out to her.

It was a deep mysterious voice. It was echoing. Something about it was curious, enough curious for Terra to stop and look inside the classroom to investigate the voice.

As she entered the classroom, she saw the truth.

It was the shadow. It was calling out to her. Terra's eyes glowed as if she was about to fight.

"I can help you Terra, I can save Flora," the shadow said in its own mysterious voice.

"We don't need your help, we'll save her on our own," Terra said.

"No, you can't, the potion was the only cure, and now it's too late for that, nothing in that book can save her, nothing at this school can save her, only I can," the shadow said.

"And let me guess, you want her soul in exchange? You want to control her like you did with Sky and Aisha, I will never let you do that," Terra said.

"Not exactly, in exchange for helping Flora, I need you to do something for me," the Shadow said. Now Terra was interested in what he had to say. Terra was more than willing to save Flora, so she was willing to do whatever the shadow would ask. So she started listening so Flora could be saved.

SKY'S MIND

Stella watched as Memory Stella and Memory Sky were having a conversation. She remembered this conversation very well from her own memories. Alfea Orientation Day was the first time Sky and Stella met, and it was also the first day they both kissed. Stella remembered that day well. It was the first time she opened up to someone. Everyone saw her as a royal pain in the ass. She was always so closed and always ordering around other people. Everyone had only seen one phase of her, and everyone was afraid of that. This is what her mother had taught her: to never be weak, never show emotions, always hold your position high, and make others fear you. That's why Stella never really made many friends throughout her life. So, finding Sky at the Orientation party was a moment she couldn't forget. It was the first time she had disobeyed her mom and just felt like a normal teenager for a day rather than the soon-to-be queen of Solaria.

Musa was curious about Stella's plan to get to Sky.

Memory Stella and Memory Sky had a heartfelt conversation where memory Stella truly opened up to Sky and expressed how it was the first time she had found someone close enough to tell all this. After that, Memory Stella and Sky shared their first kiss. But just then, the real Stella went inside Memory Stella and took her place. Sky felt as if something had happened, so he asked, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah," Stella said as she wiped a tear from her face, which she had gotten after the heartfelt conversation.

"Look, Sky, there's something you need to know," Stella said, trying to figure out the right words to convince Sky to remember everything.

"This isn't real. None of this is," Stella said.

"What?" Sky said with a confused face.

"I know this is going to sound crazy, but just hear me out. We're inside your mind. This is a memory. Everything from this night has already happened. I think your brain took us back to this memory because this was a much easier time, before you met—" Stella hesitated at first to mention Bloom, but she knew she had to, and it was finally time to accept that, so she continued, "Before you met the love of your life, and yes, that's not me," Stella said.

"I'm sorry, I don't follow," Sky said.

"Soon you're going to meet Bloom. She is the one you're going to go crazy for. You're both going to fall in love, and it's okay, but it won't end well at a certain point, and the pain might be too much for you that you'll want to bury it, which is what darkness will take advantage of. But you need to be strong. Not just for yourself, but for Bloom as well, because she needs you. We all need you. You need to remember who Bloom is. You need to remember who you want to fight for. You need to remember. That's the only way you'll have enough strength and motivation to break free of the shadow's grasp and finally take control. The shadow feeds on insecurities and sadness. Don't let him win. Don't give up. You must fight... for Bloom. She needs you," Stella said, tears falling from her eyes.

Sky knew what she was saying felt incredibly important, but it made no sense. "I'm sorry, I have to go," he said while leaving.

It was all crazy talk to Sky, but he couldn't help but wonder why he kept listening to her. Something about her talk did make sense. He started to recall what Stella said, and flashes started coming. Of Bloom.

"Wow, you are so lost, you must be a fairy."

"I am a fairy."

"I just met you, but maybe one day I'll trust you."

"So I guess that's the question then, can I trust you?"

"I can't believe you're my girlfriend."

"This is amazing, I'm frolicking."

"I love you, Bloom."

"I love you more then anything in this world, but this is bigger than us."

And finally, Sky remembered everything.

"Oh my god, I remember, I remember," Sky said. He said it so loud that even Stella heard it. And then suddenly, a light glowed. Sky had remembered, which meant he broke free of Shadow's spell. He ended up back in his body. Stella, Musa, Riven, and Sky were now back at Alfea, where they used magic to go inside Sky's mind. Sky's mind was free now. Their mission was complete, and they were back.

At first, they were delighted to have Sky back, but then suddenly, "Wait a minute, where's Beatrix?" Stella said.

"Oh no, when you broke Sky free, he broke out of the Shadow's grasp, which meant his soul was no longer captured in the Shadow's mind, so we got out of there."

"Oh no, that means-"

"Beatrix is all alone again," Stella said with a broken voice.
