Fate The Winx Saga | Season 3 Episode 1 | Listen to my Voice (2)
FIRE
Bloom followed Marion to the outside of the tower, still wondering how they would escape this place. She was about to ask her mother that very question when Marion started revealing to her the truth, "This place was created by The Company of Light, of which I was a part. We built it to banish the most dangerous villains, so they can be imprisoned here. But then I realized that I, too, was one of them. That's when I chose to exile myself to live here."
Intrigued by the revelation, Bloom couldn't help but ask, "What exactly happened that made you come here? I know there was a war and you lost control of the Dragon Flame, but I need to know more."
Marion hesitated for a moment before continuing, "A thousand years ago, there was a war. It was The Company of Light versus the army of darkness led by the most feared enemy the Otherworld has ever had-Valtor." The name Valtor struck a chord with Bloom, knowing that it was also Sebastian's last name. She wondered if there could be a connection, but she waited for her mother to continue.
"I used my dragon flame in that war, but I couldn't control it, I lost control and because of that one mistake.", Her mom was a bit hesitant so she stopped to take a breath.
"Thousands of people died", Bloom continued for her.
"Worse, it not only killed people but it burned them, it created- ", Blooms mom said when Bloom interrupted and completed the sentence in complete shock "Burned ones", Blooms mom was almost in tears. She nodded a bit. Bloom was still trying to process that her mother is the reason for the creation of one of the most dangerous threats the Otherworld has or at least has had for the last 1000 years. "I couldn't believe what I had done. So, I came here, away from everything I knew. Eventually, this place drained a lot of my energy and weakened me, leaving me with no choice but to stay here," Marion explained.
"So, you put me in stasis to prevent me from making the same mistakes you did," Bloom deduced. Her mother nodded in confirmation.
The weight of the revelation was overwhelming, and Bloom needed a moment to process it. She excused herself and retreated to a corner to gather her thoughts and emotions. Tears welled up in her eyes, but she knew she had more pressing matters to attend to.
After composing herself, Bloom turned back to her mother and said "I need to know more".
SOLARIAN LIBRARY
Aisha and Terra were at the Solarian library, continuing their search for information on the Realm of Darkness. Aisha received a message from Stella, updating them on everything that happened, including the bizarre phenomenon of winter approaching the Otherworld.
"Wait, how can winter be coming to the Otherworld? Isn't that impossible?" Aisha exclaimed, surprised by the news.
Terra's expression turned serious. Her dad used to tell her stories about a dark time of the Otherworld, also known as the Frozen ages, in which there used to be fairies with the powers of winter, their hearts were cold and they were merciless, they killed other fairies and ruled over them with an iron fist. That was the only time the Otherworld has experienced winter and it was a time of great darkness.
Terra and Aisha decided to conduct further research in the library, hoping to find answers to their questions.
Using the library's magic search system, Aisha attempted to find relevant books but came up empty-handed. Terra then suggested a book titled "Legend of the Winter Keeper," which mysteriously flew to them from a forbidden section of the library. Her dad was the one who told her of this.
As they delved into the book, they discovered the fascinating history of the Otherworld.
According to the legends, the realms were believed to have been created by two majestic dragons-one of Ice and the other of Fire. Their power imbued the Otherworld with two great forces, the Dragon Flame and the Winter Snow. The Dragon Flame was considered superior and more potent, making its wielders, the Dragon Flame Keepers, the elite ruling class.
However, this caused jealousy among the Winter Keepers, as they felt overshadowed and neglected. As time went on, their hearts grew colder, and resentment festered. Eventually, they rose in rebellion led by the notorious Valtor, the most feared enemy in the legends. Valtor sought to conquer Solaria, and thus, the First Dominion-the great war-ensued.
In this war, Marion, a member of the Company of Light and also the Queen of Solaria, bravely fought against Valtor. She was on the brink of stopping him until a tragic moment occurred-she lost control of her powers. Fearing the consequences of her actions and to save others from her uncontrollable power, Marion made the heart-wrenching decision to banish herself to the realm of darkness.
With the Queen gone, Solaria was left vulnerable, and Valtor seized the opportunity to take over the kingdom. The King, faced with dire circumstances, went into hiding and Valtor ruled Solaria. This dark era became known as the Frozen Ages, as Valtor's malevolence spread across the land. But ultimately the King returned, more powerful then ever and took back the kingdom.

Bloom's mother shared a similar story with Bloom, and revealed the complete history of the Otherworld, along with the fact that it was during the Frozen ages when the shadow was unleashed by Valtor and it caused severe destruction in the Otherworld, nearly destroying it. Bloom realized that Valtor was the one who started the war.
Amidst all these revelations, Bloom learned something else that shocked her to her core-she was the princess of Solaria. This was too much to take in all at once.
SPECIALIST
Sky and Flora were still at the bar, Sky excused himself. He went outside. The bar was in the corner of a street, when sky went outside it was dark in the street, he was about to go to the main road when he heard a noise, he followed it and went deeper in the dark street, in the darkness he could see something, or someone, he couldn't see exactly what it was. It had a weird voice. It was calling out to him. Sky went closer, his heart beat almost stopped when he saw it was a shadow. It was the scariest thing he had ever seen, he wanted to scream and run away but he couldn't, the shadows eyes glowed, Sky's eyes glowed as well, that's why he didn't ran or screamed, cause the shadow was doing something to him. The colours of his eyes changed and suddenly he wasn't scared anymore, he had no emotion, the shadow had done something to him.
REALM OF DARKNESS
As Bloom and Marion continued walking, Bloom appeared visibly tired. Marion noticed her daughter's fatigue and offered reassurance, "Don't worry, we're almost there," she said.
Curious, Bloom asked, "Where exactly are we going?"
They came to a stop, and before them lay an astonishing sight-a dark and desolate place, everything in ruins. It was a creepy place, strange noises coming, darkness everywhere.
Marion gestured towards the scene and said, "Welcome to the true 'Realm of Darkness.'"
"I don't... I don't understand," Bloom replied, her confusion evident.
Marion explained, "This place, where we are standing right now, remains undamaged unlike the rest of the realm because I saved it. I used my magic to create a safe haven-a shielded sanctuary, if you will. This shield protects us from the dangers of this world, for this realm is a place of great horrors."
Realizing the implications, Bloom questioned, "So that's how you managed to survive all this time?"
"Yes," Marion affirmed, " When I formed this shield, I saved myself from many horrors of this world but some villains were still inside the shielded area, I defeated them eventually, almost all of them except the Shadow-I could never vanquish it completely. It always returned."
Determined to protect her friends, Bloom asserted, "Which is precisely why I must return-I need to protect my friends."
Marion nodded in agreement, saying, "And undoubtedly, you are the only one who can. Follow me."
Bloom followed her mother as they stepped out of the shielded sanctuary, and Marion released the protective barrier, allowing them to enter the dark realm. Soon, they reached a mysterious forest that resembled a perplexing maze.
Marion pointed to the forest and said, "I call this the Dark Forest."
Curious about the eerie woods, Bloom inquired, "Do we have to go into this forest?"
Regrettably, Marion replied, "Yes. The only way to exit this realm without creating another portal is through the heart of this forest."
Before entering the forest, Marion stopped Bloom and said, "There's something you must know. This forest is different-supernatural. It will create illusions in your mind, and you must escape them to traverse it. I've done it countless times, so it's more manageable for me, but I'm unsure how I can aid you. You may have to confront the illusions on your own, and they will likely present various challenges."
Bloom processed the information, understanding the task that lay ahead. She was determined to do whatever it took to return to her friends and assist them. With resolve, they both stepped into the Dark Forest.

Stella didn't question her mom at all as she was too eager to find Beatrix's sisters and still a bit scared of her mom. Queen Luna helped Stella track down the house where Isobel was, they were however unable to find Diarcy. Stella arrived at the house that they had tracked down. When the door opened, a young man with brown hair greeted her, appearing suspicious and only opening the door halfway. He asked, "Who are you?"
Stella introduced herself, "Hi, my name is Stella. I'm actually looking for someone named Isobel."
The boy interrupted her, "I don't know who you're talking about." He seemed to be pretending not to know Isobel's name, but Stella sensed that he was being cautious.
"Wait, please. This is important," Stella urged. She told him about Isobel having a long-lost sister and that she has information about her. His facial expressions changed as Stella said this, clearly, he was well aware of Isobel having a sister and wanted to know more of it. Hence, she managed to convince him that she meant no harm, and he let her in. As he prepared some tea, Stella asked if he lived there alone.
"Yes," the boy replied, still guarded. He then inquired, "What do you know of Isobel's sister?"
Stella proceeded to tell him everything about Beatrix and how Beatrix is Isobel's sister. At first, the boy thought she might be lying, but her sincerity convinced him otherwise. Although he still had reservations, he realized that Stella did not pose a threat and decided to share the truth with her.
"Beatrix, you said?" the boy asked, visibly surprised. Stella nodded, and he continued, "Okay, follow me. I think there's someone else who needs to know this."
They went to the basement, which was frozen and filled with ice, exuding an incredibly powerful chill. There, Isobel was locked up in an ice cage. Stella discovered that Isobel was a Winter Keeper and had powers that were long forgotten. Isobel used to be a normal girl but something had happened to her, making her heart "cold" and turning her dangerous. The boy, who was Isobel's brother, protected her and kept her hidden because he feared people might try to harm her due to her powers. She was a threat to everyone so he had her locked up but she wasn't always like this, she used to be good. But now that she was not only a possessor of an ancient magic but also was evil, she was in danger from the authorities which is why they kept shifting from one place to another so no one would find them.
Stella tried to talk to Isobel, hoping to help her, but Isobel remained cold and indifferent. Disappointed, Stella prepared to leave and asked the boy his name. He introduced himself as Brandon, revealing that he had heard of Beatrix but wasn't sure if it was true. Inviting Stella in was his way of verifying the information, and he hoped learning about Beatrix might help Isobel get better but Isobel still showed no emotion.
Stella tried to ask more of what happened that made Isobel like this but Brandon didn't tell her. Stella, however told him everything about Beatrix and her sacrifice cause apparently if Brandon is Isobel's brother that means he is also Beatrix's brother.
Just as Stella was about to leave and thanked Brandon, they heard the sound of approaching vehicles. It was the Solarian army, and Stella's mother, Queen Luna, emerged from one of the cars. Stella was bewildered by her mother's sudden appearance; it seemed her mother had a plan all along-to get to Isobel.
Before Brandon could close the door, a guard attacked him, and more guards entered the house. Brandon and Stella tried to stop them, but they were outnumbered. Stella confronted her mother, asking furiously, "Mom, what are you doing?"
"Stay out of this, Stella. This has nothing to do with you," Queen Luna replied coldly. The guards took Isobel, who now had magic-damping bracelets on her wrists. Stella and Brandon tried their best to prevent it, but they couldn't stop the Solarian army. Stella couldn't just give up she had to get to the bottom of this.
"I promise I'll fix this," an emotional Stella said to a furious Brandon, before leaving the house with a heavy heart and running after her mom to find out why she is doing this.
MIND
Musa stepped off the train and found herself on her home planet, Melody. The fresh air brought a sense of peace, a feeling of being home again. However, she knew she was returning to something even scarier than everything she experienced at Alfea. As she reached her home, she opened the door with her keys and saw a portrait of her mother, with the date of her death written below it. Today marked her mother's death anniversary, and a tear threatened to escape her eyes. Suddenly, her father appeared, delighted to see her, and embraced her warmly.
"I had no idea you were coming. Why didn't you tell me?" he said.
"I just wanted it to be a surprise. Plus, it was a last-minute decision. I felt like I had to be here today," Musa explained.
Her father understood the significance of the day, as it held no joy for them. Musa recalled one of the worst memories of her life on this day-the pain of losing someone she loved. They reminisced about her mother, and he asked her about Alfea and everything that had happened. Musa realized she had a lot to catch him up on. However, before she could start, he noticed the bracelets she was wearing and expressed concern. Musa shared everything about the traumatic event and the reason for wearing the bracelets. Her father disagreed, urging her to take them off, as he knew they caused her immense pain. He wanted to show her something important, and she complied, feeling a sense of relief but also the return of her emotions as she removed the bracelets.
As they went on, Musa could sense her father's pain and emotions, reminding her of the reason she had worn the bracelets in the first place-to block out the constant stream of thoughts and feelings from others. Despite her reservations, she followed her father, eager to see what he wanted to show her.
FIRE
Bloom entered the forest alongside her mother, feeling safe and comforted by her presence. However, that feeling didn't last. The forest quickly plunged into darkness, and Bloom realized that her mother had vanished. Fear crept into her heart, and she called out, "Mom!" She was scared not of the forest itself but of losing her mother, whom she had only just found.
"It's okay, Bloom. I'm right here. You have to keep moving. There will be illusions in this forest, but I know you can face them. We have to make it to the centre," her mother's reassuring voice guided her.
Despite the eerie noises coming from all directions, Bloom pressed forward, ready to overcome any illusions or dangers that awaited her. Suddenly, a giant tree with a face attacked her with its branches. It was surreal, but after all the mythical things she had witnessed at Alfea, this was just another challenge to face. She dodged the branches and ran, only to encounter more living trees with faces.
Feeling trapped, Bloom ran to the right, seeking shelter behind a tree without a face. The other trees continued to extend their branches towards her, and they kept growing larger, reaching closer to her. Desperate to escape, she attempted to quietly move away, but an accidental noise alerted the trees to her presence. They closed in on her, and one of the trees captured her with its branch, pulling her closer. With its mouth opening, Bloom had a terrifying realization-she was about to be devoured by a tree. It swallowed her, plunging her into darkness.
MIND
I was always happy to be home, it felt good to be with my dad again. He was always very wise. I gave up my magic to have some sort of freedom from my emotions. But in exchange for giving up the emotional pain I had to take in physical pain of wearing magic dampening bracelets. They hurt for sure, but at a point, I was so tired of all the emotional pain that it actually felt good to have it gone even if it meant I had to wear the bracelets. Now, however, I'm not sure.
My dad's reaction pretty much confirmed it for me that this is not what he wanted me to do. But what did he have in mind? Is it really true that I can control my powers enough that I won't be able to feel other people's emotions? I doubt that's possible. I know I'm powerful- the most powerful mind fairy at Alfea apparently, according to Rosalind. But even Miss Dowling was an amazing mind fairy, and she never told me of a way to control whose emotions I read and whose I don't, so I don't think there's a way, but whatever dad was to say might be worth it. He told me to follow him, and I did. He took out our car from the garage, and we got inside. It's a 10-minute drive, he said, which sort of made me realize where we might be going.
LIGHT
Disappointing Brandon gave me the worst feeling ever. I couldn't believe what happened. It was all my fault. I should've known that my mom could never do anything just to benefit me, all the clues were there yet I chose to ignore them because I was so desperate but it cost Brandon his sister. I knew I had to make things right. I couldn't let my mom get away with this; this is too much, someone needs to stop her, and that someone will be me. As upset as I was, I was way more angry. I went back to Solarian palace in one of the royal cars, same way as I came here. I was about to enter the castle when some man started following me. I stopped and questioned what's wrong.
"I'm your new bodyguard, I was hired by your mother to- ".
"- to keep an eye on me?", I knew it.
"No, to protect you."
Yeah right, my mom doesn't care a bit about me. I know the real reason why she sent this bodyguard to me; it's so I don't meddle in her business with Isobel, but I'm going to find out what she wants with her and I'm going to get Isobel back to Brandon. Before leaving his home, I promised him I would get her back, although at that point, he wasn't paying much attention to me, but I'm going to keep my word. I owe him that. I went to my room and shut the door. Of course, the guard stood outside. I used my ring on the door and got out without him noticing. The ring opened up to the ballroom's door. I had to immediately hide before the guards could spot me, although I'm a princess, so they won't stop me or anything, but who knows what my mother has told them, maybe I'm not allowed out of my room or something, guards always do what she says no matter how insane. Thankfully I already had a lot of training in that. As the guards were a bit distracted, I walked towards my mom's room. There were guards there as well. I was determined, however. I needed to know where Isobel was. This determination helped me unlock a new power. Miss Dowling was right, properly controlling your magic can give you ultimate powers. Having light powers helps me control what people see. I had been practicing the last few weeks of changing my look or creating illusions so people see what I want them to see. The practice was going slowly, but I did manage to completely do it one time. Hopefully, this will be the second time. I used my powers and transformed myself into my mother. I went to the guards, unsure of what they see. They greeted me as their queen. The magic worked! I couldn't believe it, but it did. I dismissed the guards, of course. They were a bit confused as to how I'm outside because they saw my mother go inside, but I made up a lie. They wouldn't dare question their queen twice. I still couldn't believe how I was able to change my appearance. According to our teachers, only the extremely strong fairies can do this, and apparently not many have done it yet. My mom is one of the few who has unlocked this power, maybe it's because of her that I was also easily able to change my appearance. I guess genetics helped me in getting stronger powers than other light fairies. Cause no fairy at Alfea has yet unlocked this ability, not even the final year students. I wanted to tell my mom about my accomplishment. Just like how I used to do as a kid, but of course, I couldn't, which made me realize unfortunately how far we've come, but I guess this was fated. She was a toxic mother, and I just had to realize that. I spied on my mom's room. She was with other guards. They were discussing Isobel. I was unfortunately a bit late and missed most of the conversation so I couldn't find out why they captured her, but I did hear where she is. She is right now kept in the Solarian prison and is about to be transferred to Eraklyon, not sure why they are arranging to take her to Eraklyon, but I won't let that happen. Before the guards could come out, I went away, headed towards the Solarian Prison.
